Abstract
We report a case of a 35-year-old patient with a giant intra-peritoneal cerebrospinal fluid pseudocyst that arose as a complication of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt. It was diagnosed by computed tomography. The features of interest are its size, its clinical presentation as acute abdomen, and the fact that the patient was an adult.
