Multilocular cystic nephroma: Atypical sonographic and computed tomographic findings

The imaging findings of multilocular cystic nephroma (MLCN), a rare cystic renal tumor, have been well-described. MLCN typically manifests as a well-defined cystic mass containing numerous locules and septa. We report the first case of unilateral MLCN, with atypical computed tomographic and sonographic features, in a 61-year-old male patient.
