Abstract
We present a case of jejunal haematoma just distal to the origin of treitz ligament. The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) appearances of this entity have not been widely reported. MR imaging was used for differential diagnosis between the intestinal mass and haematoma because of the unreliable history and unclear sonography findings. MRI clearly demonstrated jejunal haematoma and obstructed intestinal lumen.
