Abstract
In this report, we describe the clinical, radiological and histological findings of pancreatic lipomatosis and an intra-ampullary paraganglioma, in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1). The patient presented with obstructive jaundice. This is the second case report of a patient with an intra-ampullary paraganglioma, in association with NF-1. Pancreatic lipomatosis has not previously been described in NF-1 and we suggest that the aetiology in this patient is the intra-ampullary tumour.
