Nontuberculous mycobacteria tenosynovitis is a rare clinical condition that commonly affects the hand and wrist. It is also a condition that is difficult to diagnose through clinical and roentgenological methods. In this study, a case of nontuberculous mycobacterial tenosynovitis infected by Mycobacterium marinum, which can be easily misdiagnosed, was reported and its imaging findings discussed.
