Abstract
SummaryThis report describes the imaging findings in three patients who developed lumbar spine osteolysis after posterior spinal fusion using rhBMP-2. These cases demonstrate the variable course of osteolysis, as well as the importance of recognizing its radiological appearances to prevent confusion with infection following spinal fusion.
