Abstract
MR angiography can confirm the diagnosis of median arcuate ligament syndrome by demonstrating the characteristic focal narrowing of the celiac artery in children presenting with the appropriate clinical symptoms and is an excellent alternative to catheter angiography, especially in a pediatric population.
