Double localisation de neurolymphomatose d’une rechute précoce d’un lymphome non hodgkinien en TEP-TDM au (18F)-FDG : à propos d’un cas

RésuméChez un patient présentant une douleur invalidante du membre inférieur gauche et une anesthésie du menton, la TEP-TDM au (18F)-FDG a montré une hyperfixation linéaire suivant le trajet du nerf grand sciatique gauche et de la branche mandibulaire du trijumeau gauche, correspondant à une rechute précoce d’un lymphome non hodgkinien B à grandes cellules, sous la forme d’une neurolymphomatose.

In a patient suffering from left lower limb pain and chin anesthesia, fused PET-CT imaging showed an (18F)-FDG uptake along the left sciatic nerve and the mandibular branch of the left trigeminal nerve corresponding to neurolymphomatosis due to an early relapse of a B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
