Abstract
We present four clinical cases of myocardial clefts. Myocardial clefts are uncommon abnormalities that are found in both healthy individuals and patients with different heart problems. The etiopathogenesis is unknown, although several hypotheses have been proposed. Although myocardial clefts are usually discovered incidentally, it is important to be aware of their existence because they can cause systemic embolisms.
