Abstract
The case of a six-month-old child with pancreatoblastoma is presented. Pancreatoblastoma is a rare primary neoplasm of childhood, usually presenting in children ranging from 2 â8 years old. The radiologic findings vary from solid to complex masses. This case is unusual due to the young age of the patient.
