Abstract
The lymphoscintigraphy had high diagnostic yield, allowing early treatment of lymphÅdema. The dermal backflow and asymmetry in inguinal/axillary nodes had the greatest diagnostic accuracy. Evaluation of intermediate lymph nodes and visualization of collateral pathways contributed little to improving the diagnosis.
