Abstract
Unwanted dermal fibroblasts can be separated from primary keratinocyte cultures during the first few days after the isolation. Cocultures of unwanted dermal fibroblasts and epidermal keratinocytes can be reverted to pure keratinocyte monolayers suitable as grafts for transplantation.
