Abstract
Longâterm treatment with Angâ(1â7)âCyD reduces penile fibrosis associated with attenuation of oxidative stress. Additionally, cavernosal endothelial function in hypercholesterolemic mice was markedly improved. These results suggest that Angâ(1â7)âCyD might have significant therapeutic benefits for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
