Abstract
As erectile dysfunction is more commonly being diagnosed and treated with IPP insertion at younger ages, surgeons will increasingly encounter preâplaced abdominal reservoirs when performing pelvic surgery. This case series of four patients undergoing radical cystectomy with priorâplaced IPPs reveals that the functionality of the IPP can be preserved while still performing oncologically sound extirpative procedures.
