Abstract
Dietâinduced weight loss induces rapid improvement of sexual, urinary, and endothelial function in obese diabetic men. A highâprotein, carbohydrateâreduced, lowâfat diet also reduces systemic inflammation and sustains these beneficial effects to 1 year.
