Abstract
Activation of the ETâ1/ETA pathway contributes to mineralocorticoid hypertensionâassociated ED. ETA receptor blockade may represent an alternative therapeutic approach for ED associated with saltâsensitive hypertension and in pathological conditions where increased levels of ETâ1 are present.
