Abstract
Bladder lymphoma represents a challenge for the urologist, because, despite its low incidence, it should be considered in those with unusual clinical presentation with tomography and cystoscopy findings of solitary nodular formations in 70% of patients or diffuse thickening bladder. This condition benefits from systemic treatment with chemotherapy, the most used being the CHORP scheme. Surgery is reserved for diagnosis by transurethral classificatory resection.
