Abstract
A lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) is a rare neoplasm of the urinary bladder. A 71-year-old man presented with gross hematuria for several weeks. On cystoscopy, a solid sessile tumor was observed in the bladder dome. A partial cystectomy was performed. Histopathological findings showed that the lesion was a pure LELC of the urinary bladder. The patient was followed up for 24 months without tumor recurrence. We present the case to highlight the significance of differentiating this rare tumor and discuss the prognosis and treatment options.
