Abstract
												Uninsured and Medicaid patients suffer disproportionately from kidney cancer with equal magnitude. Given the reliance on Medicaid, even as insurance coverage expands differences in outcomes will likely persist, underscoring the need for additional efforts that address disparities in kidney cancer care.
