Abstract
Office based photovaporization of the prostate can be a safe, effective and well tolerated approach to benign prostatic hyperplasia in office settings using local anesthesia. We believe that it can become an attractive low cost treatment option for the rapidly expanding population at risk for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
