Abstract
The author treats hairline deformities after face lift procedures with implantation of follicular units harvested from the occipital area and implanted in common hair loss areas such as the forehead, temporal, and sideburn areas. For a natural appearance, he recommends creating an irregular and asymmetric new hairline.
