RETRACTED: Catalytic applications of ordered mesoporous magnesium oxide synthesized by mesoporous carbon

Am. Chem. Soc., 127 (2005) 1096–1097, doi:10.1021/ja043605u. The authors of the present article have completely copied one figure (Fig. 3) and partially copied one figure (Fig. 1: right panel), which were previously published as Fig. 2 and Fig. 1: top curve (respectively) in the article referenced above, and presented them as original data. As such, this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system and a clear violation of publishing ethics, and therefore must be retracted.
