Papel de la artroscopia en la muñeca SLAC/SNAC

ResumenEn este artículo hemos pretendido describir las indicaciones y técnicas artroscópicas existentes hoy en día en el tratamiento de la muñeca SLAC/SNAC, que hasta el momento parecen arrojar, en manos de cirujanos expertos, resultados como mínimo similares a los obtenidos en las técnicas abiertas.

The aim of this article is to describe the indications and arthroscopic techniques currently in use for the treatment of scapholunate advanced collapse (SLAC) wrist and scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse (SNAC) wrist. These techniques, up until now, and in the hands of expert surgeons, appear to provide results at least similar to those obtained in open surgery techniques.
