Abstract
⺠We examined whether brain asymmetries are present in juvenile cuttlefish. ⺠Monoamines are more concentrated in the left optic lobe. ⺠Anatomical brain asymmetries are correlated with behavioral asymmetries. ⺠The larger the right optic lobe, the stronger the bias to turn leftwards. ⺠Similar correlation was found between the vertical lobe and behavioral asymmetries.
