Abstract
⺠APP/PS1 double transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) was used. ⺠Sensorimotor gating was measured by prepulse inhibition test in AD mice. ⺠Prepulse inhibition was impaired in the 7- and 22-month-old AD mice. ⺠Memory impairment in the 7-month-old AD mice was detected in a water maze test. ⺠Sensorimotor gating in AD mice is impaired with the progressing of AD phenotype.
