Abstract
â¶ Neuropeptide S receptor-deficient C57BL/6 mice do not express neuropeptide S-induced hyperactivity but hyperactivity induced by cocaine. â¶ Neuropeptide S receptor deficiency impair spontaneous but not reactive locomotor activity. â¶ Neuropeptide S receptor deficiency has no effects in animal models of innate and learned fear. â¶ Neuropeptide S receptor deficiency reduces the acoustics startle magnitude but has no effects on prepulse inhibition.
