Abstract
â¶ 10 and 20Â mg/kg bromocriptine increased operant responses to a high-fat stimulus. â¶ 1Â mg/kg bromocriptine resulted in different operant responses based on strain. â¶ Bromocriptine decreased chow intake on the day following administration. â¶ Administration of bromocriptine decreased locomotor activity. â¶ Administration of bromocriptine did not affect body weight.
