Abstract
▶ 10 and 20 mg/kg bromocriptine increased operant responses to a high-fat stimulus. ▶ 1 mg/kg bromocriptine resulted in different operant responses based on strain. ▶ Bromocriptine decreased chow intake on the day following administration. ▶ Administration of bromocriptine decreased locomotor activity. ▶ Administration of bromocriptine did not affect body weight.
