Abstract
ⶠICV administration of GRP (0.062, 0.30, 3.0 nmol) attenuated contextual and cued fear. ⶠRC-3095 (9.0 nmol) blocked this effect. ⶠICV administration of GRP (0.30, 3.0 nmol) attenuated fear-potentiated startle (FPS). ⶠRC-3095 (9.0 nmol) increased basal startle amplitude without affecting FPS.
