Abstract
⺠Puerarin exerted a neuroprotective effect against Aβ25-35-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cells. ⺠Neuroprotective effect of puerarin involved in PI3K-dependent signaling pathway. ⺠Puerarin inhibited Aβ25-35-induced activation of mitochondrial apoptotic pathways.
