Abstract
⺠Neuroprotective cyclopentenone prostaglandins up-regulate neurotrophic factors. ⺠Induction of GDNF, BDNF and NGF mRNAs is transcription-dependent. ⺠Increase in GDNF gene expression is partly dependent on the Keap1/Nrf2 pathway.
