Abstract
⺠Glutamate signals in brain slices measured with enzyme-based microelectrode arrays. ⺠The measured high K+-evoked glutamate signals are calcium dependent. ⺠mGlu2/3 receptor and α2δ subunits of calcium channels modulate glutamate release.
