Abstract
âºAudiogenic seizure (AGS) kindling increases seizure severity of GEPR-9s. âºPeriaqueductal gray (PAG) neurons are critical in the GEPR-9s seizure network. âºAGS kindling significantly increased PAG neuron acoustic responsiveness of GEPR-9s. âºAGS kindling induces burst firing in PAG neurons during AGS not seen before kindling. âºAmygdala burst firing critically implicates amydala pathway to PAG in AGS kindling.
