Abstract
âºIn this study, we demonstrated cyclothiazide as a potent convulsant to induce seizure behavior: âºCyclothiazide dose-dependently induced acute seizure behavior in freely moving rats; âºCyclothiazide induced seizure behavior is associated with typical epileptiform EEG âºDiazepam pretreatment prevented cyclothiazide to induce seizure behavior occurring.
