Abstract
⺠This technique ensures exactly the same sample orientation for every imaging session. ⺠A sample's glass surface is turned to the horizontal for perfect imaging conditions. ⺠Invariant orientation and imaging conditions make data analysis more trustworthy. ⺠Our method is the first step towards a fully automated imaging system.
