Abstract
⺠We stimulated rd10 retinas subretinaly using two different electrode configurations. ⺠We compared the monopolar and the (concentric) bipolar electrode configurations. ⺠We introduced a new method to assemble strength duration relationship curves. ⺠Action potentials were recorded from a ganglion cell during subretinal stimulation. ⺠We used singular value decomposition to weight the similarity of ganglion cell responses.
