Abstract
⺠Novel stereotaxic positioner and head holder restraint system for rats ⺠Avoids the standard requirements for ear bars and a mouth piece ⺠Permits head restraint without the requirement of sedation ⺠Allows rapid and precise stereotaxic positioning and repositioning. ⺠Provides stable head restraint for neuronal recordings during active movement.
