Abstract
⺠PREPL deficiency affects the abundance of cytoskeletal proteins. ⺠PREPL is co-localized with cytoskeletal proteins in mouse primary neurons. ⺠PREPL is present in brain regions important for motor function, memory and arousal. ⺠In Alzheimer's disease, the cellular localization of PREPL is altered. ⺠The physiological functions of PREPL are associated with the cytoskeleton.
