Abstract

âº Rosiglitazone rescued the effects of TNFÎ± on cell survivability in hNSCs. âº Activation of PPARÎ³ enhanced the AMPK and SIRT1 levels in the hNSCs with TNFÎ±. âº Rosiglitazone improved the expression of PGC1Î± in the hNSCs with TNFÎ±. âº Rosiglitazone normalized mitochondrial function in the hNSCs with TNFÎ±.
