Abstract
⺠MrgprC11 agonist BAM8-22 cross-sensitized scratching evoked by PAR-2 agonist. ⺠MrgprA3 agonist chloroquine cross-sensitized BAM8-22-evoked scratching. ⺠Histamine cross-sensitized chloroquine- and BAM8-22-evoked scratching. ⺠PAR-2 agonist cross-sensitized chloroquine-evoked scratching and DRG cell responses. ⺠PAR-2 is a peripheral target to reduce sensitization associated with chronic itch.
