Abstract
⺠Chronic stress caused mechanical hypersensitivity and aggressive behavior. ⺠Chronic stress induced decrease of GFAP and EAAT2 levels in the PAG. ⺠These findings suggest a dysfunction of the PAG after chronic stress.
