Abstract
⺠Dicer loss causes mis-localized progenitor cells and disorganized cortical lamina. ⺠Dicer ablation reduces cell cycle kinetics in the developing cortex. ⺠Without Dicer there is early cell death in the developing cerebral cortex. ⺠Dicer loss causes dysregulated differentiation and migration markers. ⺠Dicer depletion causes a precocious induction of astrocyte differentiation.
