Abstract
⺠We identified protocadherin 9 protein in the mouse brain. ⺠Protocadherin 9 was localized along neurites and at growth cones in neurons. ⺠Protocadherin 9 could be seen in various brain nuclei and fiber tracts. ⺠Many of the Pcdh9-positive brain structures belonged to the vestibular and oculomotor systems.
