Abstract
⺠Neurogenic capacity of Müller glia was studied in rd1 mouse. ⺠Müller glia continued to express nestin up to 6 months of age. ⺠Müller glia expressed rhodopsin from P-21 up to at least 1 year of age. ⺠Müller glia did not express PKCα, β-III-tubulin or recoverin.
