Abstract
â¶Retinoic acid and cytokines change the precursor cell secretome toward an astroglial pattern. â¶Retinoic acid activates the JNK phosphorylation pathway. â¶Cytokines inhibit retinoic acid-induced JNK activation in a PI3K-dependent manner. â¶Inhibition of PI3K potentiates JNK activation by retinoic acid. â¶JNK could mediate a negative feedback loop for PI3K-driven GFAP expression.
