Abstract
â¶PVN or RMg electric stimulation suppressed noxious activation in spinal cord cells. â¶PVN and RMg simultaneous stimulation produced a biggest suppressor effect. â¶RMg lesion did not suppress the PVN effect. â¶PVN-RMg pathway participates in the endogenous analgesic mechanisms. â¶PVN and RMg are part of multiple structures participating in pain and analgesia.
