Abstract
â¶Primate ipRGCs express different inhibitory neurotransmitter receptors. â¶M1 ipRGCs preferentially express GlyR α2 and GABAAR α3 subunits. â¶M2 ipRGCs receive less inhibitory inputs than M1, likely mediated by GABAAR α2. â¶IpRGCs are subject to modulatory inhibition from distinct intraretinal circuits.
