Abstract
▶Primate ipRGCs express different inhibitory neurotransmitter receptors. ▶M1 ipRGCs preferentially express GlyR α2 and GABAAR α3 subunits. ▶M2 ipRGCs receive less inhibitory inputs than M1, likely mediated by GABAAR α2. ▶IpRGCs are subject to modulatory inhibition from distinct intraretinal circuits.
