Abstract
â¶Minocycline attenuated the inflammatory response triggered by IFN-γ plus LPS. â¶Minocycline did not prevent the IFN-γ plus LPS-induced demyelination. â¶Minocycline promoted remyelination by enhanced maturation of OPC.
