Abstract
â¶Î²-PMTX increases persistent sodium currents (INaP) in spinal neurons. â¶Î²-PMTX increases intrinsic spiking activity via an up-regulation of INaP. â¶An increase of intrinsic activity suppresses network activity in spinal networks.
