Abstract
â¶DORs colocalize with CRF peptide in dentate hilar, CA1, and CA3 interneurons. â¶Most DOR/CRF dual-labeled neurons in the hilar region co-label with somatostatin. â¶DORs localize to CRF-labeled axon terminals in the hilus of males and females. â¶Proestrus females have more CRF-labeled axon terminals without DORs than males.
