Abstract
â¶S1P increased the rate of AMPA-mEPSCs in CA3 but not other regions of hippocampus. â¶SphK-catalyzed S1P formation is a prerequisite for mossy fiber-CA3 LTP. â¶S1P plays a significant role in the hippocampal function such as spatial learning.
